Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC (1994), Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC (1995) and Ph.D. UFSC in cooperation with RWTH-Aachen - Germany (2001). Since January 2004, He is a professor in the Division of Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics Technological Institute of Aeronautics - ITA. He is also the Coordinator of the Competence Center in Manufacturing (CCM-ITA). Mentor research at postgraduate (Masters and PhD) and graduation. Have academic and industrial experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Production, acting on the following themes: performance analysis of manufacturing processes, organizational and technological plants performance analysis, aid decision-making and sustainability in industrial manufacturing processes.
