Dr. Pablo Juliano — CSIRO — Australia



Dr. Juliano currently is research scientist leading multidisciplinary projects on emerging technologies and redesign and optimisation of food supply chains at CSIRO, Animal Food and Health Division. He obtained his PhD in Food Engineering at Washington State University and an MBA at Deakin University in Australia. His industrial experience commenced with Nestlé Uruguay as quality assurance manager and continued as a research manager with dairy company CONAPROLE in Uruguay.  He has published in the areas of food powders, thermal processing, and high hydrostatic pressure processing and other novel processing technologies. He is a co-author of two books in these fields, as well as peer review journal publications and book chapters.
