In case of cancellation, registrants may request a refund of the registration fee, following the rules established below. Registrants can contact the organizing committee of the event by e-mail: nonthermal2013@sc.senai.br
Refunds will be given under the following conditions:
Cancelation requests received before 30 June 2013 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, provided that the request was received no more than 50 days after registration;
Cancelation requests received between 01 and 31 JULY 2013 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, provided that the request was received no more than 50 days after registration;
No registration fees will be refunded if more than 50 days have passed since the date of registration, or if the cancelation request comes after 31 JULY 2013.
