Dr. Carole Tonello-Samson is active industrial researcher with emphasis in High Pressure Processing (HPP). Since 2003, Carole works as Applications & Process Development Manager at Hiperbaric, a Spanish company that designs, manufactures and markets HPP industrial equipment for food. She is currently Past-Chair of the IFT Nonthermal Processing Division.
