Dr. Yousef
is a professor and food microbiologist at Ohio State University. His research covers food decontamination using ozone technology, discovery of new natural and effective antimicrobial agents, and increasing the efficacy of emerging technologies. He published more than 160 original papers, books, book chapters, review articles, and four patents.
